After the Elden Ring won the Game of The Year 2022 Award, Hidetaka Miyazaki (Elden Ring’s director) came on stage to accept the award and gave a brief speech to appreciate the opportunity and nominate their game to win one of the most prestigious awards in the gaming industry. However, right after Miyazaki completed his speech, a random kid took the mic and made the following anti-semitic statement and dedicated The Game of The Year Award to Bill Clinton, the incident took the internet by storm. And now, after the Bill Clinton joke got millions of views and shares, the PC Modder Community has stepped in and done what they do the best; added the 42nd President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton, into Elden Ring. Modder Arestame shared the clip of the mentioned mod on his Twitter, and it was well received by the community as the topic was already trending. It was hilarious that someone took the joke too seriously and executed it perfectly. The Tweet got over 95K likes when writing this article and shows how much people loved it or found it hilarious.
— Arestame (@Arestame_Arkeid) December 9, 2022 The shared clip showcases Bill Clinton running around in the expansive world of Elden Ring. However, it was not long enough before he was killed by a behemoth of an enemy that he came across. It should be noted that the showcased mod is not available publicly to download and play, and it is more like a demo created after the viral meme, but who knows, if it gets enough support, the modders might release it publicly. Still, it is funny to see something like this, and it is nothing new to the PC Modder Community who have added CJ from Grand Theft Auto San Andreas to every new game that has landed on the platform. Most recently, being; CJ swinging on buildings after Sony released Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on PC. Other than this unofficial mod showcase, Elden Ring also just got a new free DLC adding more content to its already gigantic world, and if we go by the rumors, there is more content on the way for the fans. Elden Ring is now available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. What are your thoughts about this new mod added to the game?
