Now, Elon has challenged Twitter’s CEO Parag Agrawal for a public debate on Twitter’s bot information. Musk subsequently pinned the tweet and asked his followers if they agreed with Twitter’s claim that less than 5% of its monthly daily active users are “fake/spam.”

The poll’s findings will almost certainly be biased in Musk’s favor when it is over on Sunday. Given that Elon Musk is legally required to use his best efforts to close the purchase, Twitter is certain that it has a sound legal foundation on which to base its victory. It all relies on how Musk can indisputably demonstrate that the number of Twitter’s bot/spam accounts is substantially higher than the reported 5 percent threshold. And how that would negatively affect his acquisition of the company and his intentions for it.
